Oakland/Sutherlin
Located
in central Douglas County, immediately adjacent to Interstate 5, the
zone encompasses the cities of Oakland and Sutherlin, as well as industrial
lands in the Wilbur-Winchester areas just north of Roseburg, the County
seat. There are numerous well-serviced industrial parks in the area.
With reasonably priced industrial properties, a high quality of life,
and skilled workforce, the zone offers unique opportunities for existing

the city of Roseburg, an unincorporated area just south of Roseburg
known as the Green District and the unincorporated area south of the
city of Winston known as Dillard. These areas host numerous well-serviced

Roseburg and the Oak Creek Industrial Park, which is immediately adjacent
to the I-5 corridor. It also includes industrial lands in Green and

South Douglas
Located

Riddle, a well as unincorporated land in the area. The area hosts numerous

(the South Umpqua Valley Industrial Park) immediately adjacent to the
I-5 corridor. It also includes industrial land in the Myrtle Creek and
Riddle areas. With these reasonably priced industrial properties, a

The City of Roseburg is located in central Douglas County and offers reasonably priced industrial properties, a high quality of life and a skilled workforce. Roseburg is located only one hour from the Eugene Airport and three hours from Portland. The City of Roseburg has a large area included in the Roberts Creek Enterprise Zone, consisting of land and building sites in Downtown Roseburg and land along Diamond Lake Boulevard. A company locating in the Roberts Creek Enterprise Zone within the Roseburg city limits would receive incentives from the City of Roseburg in addition to Enterprise Zone benefits. The City of Roseburg offers a substantial local benefit package that could include incentives such as; waived fees for site and design review, reduction in System Development Charges, reduction in Building Permit and Building Plan Check Fees, Fast Track Building and Development Permitting, Reduction in monthly water and sewer charges, Reduction in connection of water and sewer, free parking in the Downtown City Parking Structure and participation in a variety of loans and/or grants.
